Can I transfer my ISA out of the Society?

Yes, you can transfer your ISA from us to another provider. You will need to follow the transfer process to safeguard your tax-free entitlement.

To transfer an ISA from the West Brom:

• You should first check if the other ISA provider will accept a transfer and what their procedure is.
• Transfers to other providers will usually require the completion of an ISA Transfer Request form, these are usually supplied as part of the application process
• You are not required to send anything to the West Brom as this process will be handled on your behalf by the new provider

The ISA provider may need the following details about your ISA with the West Brom:

Account Number: Your 8 digit West Brom account number

Sort Code: 40 64 36

On receipt of the transfer request from your new ISA provider, we will:

• Forward the funds and Transfer Out form to the new provider
• Confirm the transfer has been processed in writing
• Where applicable, update and return your passbook or certificate

Please note that on certain accounts, including fixed rates accounts, a charge may be applied in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the account.
