What should I do if I find a payment I have sent West Brom account has gone to an incorrect account?

Please call our Customer Service team immediately. We will take the details of the payment from you and will try and trace the payment by contacting the Bank/Building Society the payment has been sent to.

We will provide you with an update as soon as we are able to, but no longer than 20 working days after receipt of your request. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to retrieve monies sent to an unintended recipient, but we will use our best endeavours to recover the funds and return them to you.
