How does it work?

Home insurance tends to be sold as a standard package that doesn’t take into account individual needs and differing lifestyles, e.g. many policies include garden cover but for those people that live in a flat, they could be paying for something that they don’t have. Our new home insurance is all about putting you in control of how much cover you have and subsequently, how much you
pay for it.

Core Cover

The first step is to choose your Core Cover.
There is a choice of three cover options:

Core Buildings only
Core Contents only
Core Buildings and Contents combined

Extra Cover Options

Once you’ve decided on the Core Cover, add the Extra Cover Options that best suit your needs. There are a number of these to choose from that will help design your own individual policy that will reflect your requirements.

The extra cover options are:

	Personal Items		Home Emergency
	Garden		Legal Expenses

Lines are open 10.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Thursday, 10.00am to 6.00pm Friday and 10:00am to 12:30pm Saturday. Calls and electronic communications may be monitored and/or recorded for your security and may be used for training purposes. Your confidentiality will be maintained.

Extra cover options can be added or removed at any time. Please note this will affect your premium.
