Personal Mortgage Manager

Salary £19,347 to £26,871 plus bonus and benefits

We are looking for people with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Your main focus will be on providing in-depth advice on mortgages, general insurance and other financial products, you will need excellent communication skills and a good understanding of these business areas - probably from previous experience in this field. Although you are target driven, it's an understanding of the customer's requirements and desire to help them find the right solution that should motivate you to be a success in this role.

With the changing regulatory environment, it is essential that you be focused on compliance and fulfilling all aspects of the mortgage regulation and legislative requirements. We'll ensure that you are ready to influence our success by providing training in mortgage advice and public speaking, as well as work shadowing experience. But we'll still expect you to hit the ground running.

Your current experience in the financial sector will already tell you that a high level of commitment, and self-motivation is essential to succeed in this role, but you will be recognised for it.
