You can choose how to apply for your savings account:
At a Branch
For customer who prefer to deal with us face to face, the Society has 48 branches within the West Midlands and surrounding areas. Most accounts can be opened and operated at a branch other than specific direct accounts.
By post or telephone
Many accounts can be opened and operated by post or telephone. This includes all direct accounts, fixed rate bonds and ISAs. To find out more, phone our advisors on 0845 3300622 or use our email or call back facilities.
Online
All post / telephone accounts can also be applied for online using our secure online application form. Once completed, send the form back to us along with your opening
cheque. Please note that accounts opened online are operated by post or telephone.
Whichever way you choose, we promise to give you the best possible service and the reassurance of knowing that we comply with the Banking Code (link will open in a new window). Details of the Banking Code will be provided on account opening. Copies of the Code are also available in all branches.
