The West Brom building society has today unveiled its new and improved website, with simpler navigation, an appealing new look and a host of helpful features.
Designed in response to changing customer needs and feedback from members, it’s now easier to find your way around with interactive features to help you manage your money and quickly access the savings, mortgage or insurance products you need.
We’ve recognised that people’s expectations are increasing when it comes to what they want from a website, not just in terms of its appearance but also usability and what it has to offer.
The West Brom has listened, considered and created a site we are proud of, and hopefully our customers will agree.
The site now includes a range of calculators to help you find the savings account or mortgage product that best suits your requirements.
There are helpful guides for you to download on topics such as tax free savings, taking out a mortgage, insuring your home and coping with money matters following a bereavement.
We’ve also updated our branch finder to show you exactly where your nearest West Brom branch is and what the opening hours are.
Our news pages have been enhanced for sharing information about your Society and our activity in the local community.
And if you’d like to speak to us, our new ‘request a call back’ service automatically puts your details into a queue so that an advisor can get in touch promptly.
