West Brom members are being invited to join a new customer panel and give their views on the building society’s products and services.
Participants will periodically take part in surveys about personal finance and money matters and be encouraged to offer suggestions for how the business could make improvements.
The confidential feedback will help influence the shape of future products and also act as an important sounding board for the Society’s decision makers.
Helen Bryce, the West Brom’s Customer Research Manager, said:
“We believe in listening to our members and this panel gives people a real say on how we do things at the West Brom.
"It is accessible and effective and enables us to gather views and suggestions from a wide range of people. Such feedback is truly valued and will be used to shape and improve our Society in the future.
"We won’t contact panel members more than once a month and will always let them know what has changed as a result of their feedback. As a thank-you for their input, we also plan to run regular prize draws for everyone who completes a survey through the customer panel.”
Applicants who want to join the panel must be aged 16 or over and be current West Brom savings account holders or mortgage customers.
Panel members will receive email invitations to participate in short online surveys which are relevant to them. In the future there may also be opportunities to take part over the phone or at face to face discussions, but only if members are happy to do this.
