Shrewsbury Town fans will have the chance to get up and close and personal with the manager and two star players at their local West Brom branch this week.
Boss Micky Mellon, Dominic Smith and Junior Brown will be present at our Shrewsbury branch on High Street between 1.30pm and 2.30pm on Thursday, 29 October.
Fans can meet and have their pictures taken with the trio, as well as collect autographs in a special half-term visit.
During the visit, Micky and the players will receive a special payment of £5,270 on behalf of the club donated by the West Brom.
The money comes from the annual proceeds of the Amber Blue Saver affinity account, the exclusive savings account which is only available to supporters of the Greenhous Meadow club.
West Brom branch manager Megan Edwards said: “We can’t wait to welcome Micky, Dominic and Junior to the branch and it’s a great opportunity for fans to come down and meet three big figures from their club.
“Securing promotion last season means Shrewsbury are involved in some exciting fixtures in Sky Bet League 1 in 2015-16. As a building society which always enjoys creating strong community links, we are delighted to be showing our support for the club with this donation.”
