West Brom Building Society has been recognised for its outstanding support of first-time buyers and commended as an ISA Provider at the Moneyfactscompare.co.uk awards 2025.

The Society took home the award for best First-Time Mortgage Buyers’ Choice award for a second year, and was highly commended in the ISA Provider of the Year category, after being voted for by consumers, at a ceremony held on Wednesday 5 February at the Royal Lancaster, London.

The awards, which are voted for by over 200,000 consumers, showcases those financial providers who have offered excellent services and products across family, household and personal finances in the past year.

The First-Time Mortgage Buyers’ Choice award honours the financial provider who offers outstanding mortgage products and services tailored to first-time homebuyers. And ISA Provider of the Year specifically honours providers who have shown excellence in their range of ISAs.

The evaluation process combines impartial expert analysis with genuine customer feedback to determine which financial services companies have outperformed their competitors.
