Our Vision and Values

At the West Brom we truly believe that it is our people who help us to stand out from our competitors. As our values are so important, we have integrated each of them into our performance appraisals. As a result, we measure not only ‘what’ people do to achieve their personal objectives, but also ‘how’ they do it.
