Representative example:

A mortgage of £155,000 payable over 25 years initially on a fixed rate for two years at 2.04% and then on our current standard variable rate of 4.24% (variable) for the remaining 23 years would require an initial payment of £928.55, 23 monthly payments of £660.00 and 276 monthly payments of £824.47.

The total amount payable would be £243,627.80 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£88,489.69), a telegraphic transfer fee (£30) and a release of charge fee (£100 - paid upon redemption).

The overall cost for comparison is 3.9% APRC representative.
