Five stars for five years for the West Brom

The West Brom is celebrating success in the Financial Adviser Service Awards for the fifth consecutive year.

The West Brom has received a top industry award for the quality of service it provides to mortgage brokers.

The Black Country based building society has once again secured the coveted five star rating in this year’s Financial Adviser Service Awards in the category for mortgage lenders and packagers.

Recognised as the benchmark for industry service levels, the results of the Financial Adviser Service Awards are determined by direct feedback from the advisers themselves.

Measurement criteria include how well providers process new business, their product support, personal contact and the performance of their digital systems.

Richard Scott, the West Brom’s Head of Intermediaries, believes success is down to a range of factors.

To achieve this award for the fifth year in a row is a tremendous achievement. The award is down to a number of factors, where ease of doing business is a necessity as well as our continued focus on delivering professional relationship management, efficient mortgage processing, lending policy, competitive products, effective marketing and digital, to name but a few.
