We believe it’s important that you can contact us about your savings or mortgage account at a time that’s convenient for you. With our automated telephone service, you can quickly and securely access your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*.

What you can do with our automated service

Savings customers

  • Check your account balance
  • Check your interest rate
  • Check your last transaction amount and date
  • Request a statement of interest
  • Request a balance letter

Mortgage customers

  • Check your monthly payment and next payment date
  • Check your interest rate
  • Find out how long you have left on your mortgage
  • Find out your outstanding mortgage balance
    (excluding any applicable fees)

Please note: this service is not available for WeBSave customers.

How it works

Before you can use our automated telephone service, you will need to set up a security PIN. Simply call us on 0345 241 3785 and a member of our team will guide you through the process. Once you’ve set up your PIN you will be able to use our automated service straight away.

All you need to do is call 0345 241 3785.

So we can verify your identity, each time you call, you will need to enter the following:

  • Account number
  • Date of birth
  • Your security PIN
