Requesting a redemption statement

To request a redemption statement on behalf of a customer, please forward your request to: quoting the Mortgage account number and date the statement is to be calculated to.

For subsequent statements (within a six month period of the initial statement), these can be requested by calling our Customer Services team on 0345 241 4526 (we are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm; Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm).
