Your pay

Each year you’ll have the opportunity to get a performance related bonus and we’ll review your pay in line with market rates.

Time away from work

You’ll get a minimum of 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays) with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days a year. This grows with your length of service so at 10 years you can expect 31 days holiday.

Pension scheme

Our pension scheme starts at 5% contribution from you and 7% from us, and we’ll match your contribution all the way up to 10.6%.

Our life assurance benefit gives your loved one’s peace of mind and financial security at four time your salary.

Private medical insurance

You can join our private health insurance scheme from day one at a discounted rate. At 2 years, your cover is 50% off and after 5 years with us, we’ll pay for 100% of your cover.
