The West Brom crowned for Best Customer Service at Moneyfacts Awards

Building Society also takes home accolade for First-Time Mortgage Buyers’ Choice.

The West Brom has scooped two awards at this year’s Moneyfacts Consumer Awards, held on Wednesday 7 February at the Royal Lancaster, London, with the building society taking home First-Time Mortgage Buyers’ Choice and the prestigious Best Customer Service award.

Decided by hundreds of thousands of consumers, these highly respected awards celebrate those providers that offer the best products and services across family, household and personal finances, with the best customer service achievement being awarded to the organisation with the best overall customer service score.

The West Brom was also shortlisted in the High Street Mortgage Provider of the Year category.
