If you have an urgent maintenance issue, out of LRG opening hours, then please call Smooth Property Services on 0333 090 0903.

If you smell gas, suspect a carbon monoxide leak or have hit a gas pipe (even if no gas leak has occurred) call the free, 24 hour National Gas Emergency Service hotline on 0800 111 999 without delay, and open all doors and windows.
