Can I complete transactions on the savings portal?
You can request to withdraw money to your nominated account, or move money between your West Brom accounts.
Log in to the savings portal open_in_new, and select 'move money'.
From here, you'll be able to choose whether you want to make a withdrawal, or move money between your West Brom accounts.
To withdraw money, you'll need to have set up a nominated account. If you think you haven't set one up, contact us and we'll help.
