I've requested a withdrawal via the savings portal, when will I receive this?
If you request a withdrawal before 3pm, it'll usually reach your nominated account by the end of the next working day. Withdrawals requested after 3pm will reach your nominated account within two working days. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays aren't working days.
If we've got your mobile number, you'll get a text message when your withdrawal has been processed.
You can only request withdrawals online to your nominated account.
