FAQs

Can I transfer my ISA into the Society?

Provided the new account allows transfers, you can transfer funds into the account by sending the appropriate ISA transfer Letter of Authority with your application.

  • For WeBSave accounts (Cash ISA to Cash ISA), please complete the form HERE and return it to the address at the top of the form.
  • For WeBSave accounts (Stocks and Shares ISA to Cash ISA), please complete the form HERE and return it to the address at the top of the form.
  • For all other accounts (Cash ISA to Cash ISA), please complete the form HERE and return it to the address at the top of the form.
  • For all other accounts (Stocks and Shares ISA to Cash ISA), please complete the form HERE and return it to the address at the top of the form.

If you are not an existing account holder with the Society, we may also require you to provide us with documents to confirm your identity.

On receipt of the above documents, the Society will:

  • request the transfer from the other ISA provider
  • if applicable, return original identification documents

Please read our important information on ID leaflet

On receipt of the funds and correct documentation from the other ISA provider, the Society will:

  • process the transfer
  • confirm the details of the transfer in writing

Although a typical cash ISA transfer process may vary between providers, the Building Societies Association has published a fact sheet ‘Transferring your Cash ISA’. This document can be found HERE
