Can I transfer my ISA into the Society?
As long as your new account allows transfers, you can transfer money into it by sending us the appropriate ISA transfer Letter of Authority as part of your application.
For Direct accounts:
Direct accounts include accounts opened online, by post and in branch, but not WeBSave accounts.

ISA transfers should take no longer than 15 working days from another Cash ISA, and 30 calendar days from a Stocks and Shares ISA.
If you don't already have a West Brom account, we may also need you to provide documents to confirm your identity. Please read our important information on ID leaflet.
Once we've received your documents, we'll:
- Request the transfer from the other ISA provider.
- If applicable, return original identification documents.
When we've received the funds and correct documentation from the other ISA provider, we'll:
- Process the transfer.
- Confirm the details of the transfer in writing.
