How do I transfer my ISA from another provider to a Cash ISA with the West Brom?
If you want to move your current or previous years Cash ISA balances between providers, there is a transfer process that safeguards your tax-free entitlement.
Provided the new Cash ISA allows transfers, you can transfer funds into a West Brom ISA by sending the appropriate ISA transfer Letter of Authority with your account application form.

- For WeBSave accounts (Stocks and Shares ISA to Cash ISA), please complete the form here and return it to the address stated on the form.
- For all other accounts (Cash ISA to Cash ISA), please complete the form here and return it to the address stated on the form.

If you are not an existing account holder with the Society, we may also require you to forward the appropriate identification.

On receipt of the above documents, we will:
- request the transfer from the other ISA provider
- if applicable, return original identification documents
On receipt of the funds and correct documentation from the other ISA provider, we will:
- process the transfer
- confirm the details of the transfer in writing
