How much can I withdraw from my savings account at any one time?

You can request withdrawals for any amount, as long as the funds can be cleared.
Request a withdrawal online
Log in to the savings portal open_in_new and go to your account dashboard to request a withdrawal online.
Your money will be sent to you by electronic payment to your nominated account.
Call us
You can call our Customer Service team and as long as we have your nominated account details on our system, we'll be able to complete an electronic transfer for you.
Write to us
Make sure you tell us the amount you'd like to withdraw, and your nominated account details to send the payment to. Send you request to:

Branch accounts
You can visit your nearest branch with your passbook to request a cash withdrawal, cheque withdrawal or an electronic withdrawal to a bank account in your name.
Please note: we're unable to process withdrawals from non-branch accounts at any of our branches.

We'll then send a cheque to the address we hold for you.
There are cash limits on the amounts you can withdraw from a Branch account, which may change from time to time. To check the limits, you can call our Customer Service team.
WeBSave accounts
If you have a WeBSave account, you'll need to log in to WeBSave open_in_new to make a withdrawal.
Withdrawals of more than £250,000 will be sent via CHAPs and are subject to a funds transfer fee of £10. This doesn't apply to ISA or Bond maturities.
