If you’ve applied for a mortgage with us, you can use our mortgage tracker to:
You'll need your application reference number, date of birth and current postcode.
If you're not sure what your application reference number is, check with your Personal Mortgage Consultant or broker.
You can upload documents against outstanding checklist items by clicking the upload button.
Once you've clicked upload, you'll see the option to choose a file. You can then find and select the item you want to upload.
If you're using your phone, you might find it easier to take a picture using your camera instead.
Once you've selected an item or taken a picture, you'll need to click the submit button. You'll see a message confirming the item has been uploaded successfully.
If you're having trouble uploading anything, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
It can take up to two working days for documents to be reviewed and removed from your outstanding documents list. For each document you upload, you'll get an email to confirm it's been approved.

Sometimes we ask for additional documentation to support your application. If we do, we'll send you an email or letter instead of notifying you through the mortgage tracker.
You can send the documents back to us using the address provided, or you can visit one of our local branches.
Even though these document(s) won't be shown in your outstanding documents list, it's important we receive them as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
