At the Society’s 169th Annual General Meeting last month, we were proud to present this summary of key achievements from the year.

It begins with ways in which the West Brom helps its members and the various initiatives we have introduced that make it easier for people to manage their finances effectively.

We also look back on the contributions our colleagues have made to their local communities through a combination of fundraising, monetary grants and corporate volunteering.
