How do I make a claim on my home insurance?

To make a claim call us on the following number:

  • If your policy is Underwritten by RSA, please call 0345 072 7145, the Claims helpline is open 9.00am - 5.00pm on Monday to Friday; Closed on Saturday.
  • If your policy is Underwritten by Bspoke, please call 0345 218 0221, the claims helpline is open 9.00am - 5.30pm on Monday to Friday; with a 24/7/365 out of hours service.
  • Your Underwriter can be located on Welcome or Renewal documentation under the “Policy details” section where it states who your Insurer is.

    Please have your policy number to hand when you call. While most claims can be agreed over the phone, there may be times when we will ask you to complete a claim form and provide us with further information.

    To help us deal with your claim quickly, please read the policy booklet carefully, particularly the claims conditions and policy exclusions.
