WeBSave prize draw terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is West Bromwich Building Society. Head Office: 2 Providence Place, West Bromwich, West Midlands B70 8AF.
2. The prize draw will take place no later than 16 May 2026.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. There is one cash prize of £250, paid in pounds sterling (£).
5. The prize is as described and cannot be transferred or exchanged, or any alternative.
6. The winning entry will be chosen using a random selector tool from all WeBSave customers who have a valid and complete email address and mobile number, which is not shared with another West Brom customer.
7. The prize draw is only available to customers with an open WeBSave account between 7 April 2026 and 16 May 2026.
8. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the account within 10 working days after 16 May 2026.
9. The £250 prize will be sent to the winner by cheque in the post using the address provided on the account.
10. The winner will be contacted only from marketing@westbrom.co.uk. Entrants should be aware of impersonating or scam email addresses.
11. Entrants must be resident in the United Kingdom and aged over 18. The prize draw is not open to employees of West Bromwich Building Society or NSSL and their families.
12. Any personal data which may be submitted in conjunction with this offer will be processed by the promoter in accordance with any applicable data protection legislation and the promoter’s privacy policy; and will only be used for identification purposes, and your current marketing preferences will be maintained.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to hold the promoter harmless for liability, damages or claims for injury or loss to any person or property, relating to, directly or indirectly, participation in this prize draw, or claims based on publicity rights, third party intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
