We regularly review our branch design and layout with accessibility in mind. There is an ongoing programme to improve access and facilities for people with disabilities.
The majority of our branches provide level access or ramps or assistance buttons at entrances.
Where practical we provide accessible private interview facilities on the ground floor of our premises. These facilities are available for the provision of 'counter services' upon request.
Power-assisted entrance doors have been provided in some locations with proposals to extend the programme to other branch offices.
Leaflets and other printed materials are available in large print on request. Just let us know the information you wish to receive in large print, and we will arrange for it to be sent to you by post. To arrange for this service, please contact us or ask at your local branch. We will provide the large print documents by post as soon as possible.
The Contact Centre is open from 8.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
