Branch Opportunities
Branch Development Manager
Salary £25,796 to £37,000 plus benefits
Effectively driving the business forward on every level, you'll take ownership of a cluster of branches and responsibility for achieving the Society's Vision. Internally, you will control systems and budgets, maximising efficiency and use your positive influence to motivate and develop your team. Externally, you will nurture vital contacts with local companies, organisations and communities. Overall, achieving the bottom line is very much down to you. You are a manager or a sales manager focused on the bottom line (ideally with Financial Services/Banking experience). And your vision, communication skills and energy will help you meet and exceed expectations. A self-motivated business leader, you will already feel confident and in control of your own destiny. We'll ensure that you are ready to influence our success by providing training in mortgage advice and public speaking, as well as work shadowing experience. But we'll still expect you to hit the ground running.
Your experience will already tell you that there are many incentives to succeed. As well as the promotional opportunities available and comprehensive training and development packages, you'll enjoy many additional benefits, including: attractive basic salary, excellent bonus opportunities, good pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, life assurance and a variety of corporate discounts.
The West Brom also believes in keeping in close touch with the communities that we serve. This isn't just about financial service to our members. It also means actively supporting local community needs and charities. Over the years, we've ploughed over £2.5 million back into the community. As a Branch Development Manager, it will be your responsibility to put our beliefs into practice.
