the following key front-line mortgage and investment posts, based in our
state-of-the-art Contact Centre. And, in return for your commitment to first

Mortgage Team
Having a breadth and depth of knowledge in mortgage-related work, backed by
real customer focus, will be the making of you in this complex and diverse role.
Providing valuable advice across the full spectrum of our products, services and
related issues, handling queries, delivering solutions and maximising new
business opportunities for existing customers. This will include identifying the
insurance needs of our borrowers and referring them to one of our skilled life
cover advisors. Sensitive and capable of applying your skills to complicated
issues, you'll combine a mature approach with youthful enthusiasm.
Investment Team
As the first point of contact to our customers, making a good impression and
building relationships quickly are key. Dealing with calls from existing and
potential customers on a host of investment queries, you will use your knowledge
and experience to identify the most appropriate financial solutions. Identifying
and satisfying the financial needs of our customers is paramount and, therefore,
sales and service are our key objectives.
Minimum Requirements
The minimum requirements for all new entrants to the Society are:
- IT literacy - in Word, Excel and Outlook
- 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English
In addition, the minimum age for branch staff is 18 years. Some roles may
require further qualification and/or skills, e.g. a degree or professional
qualification, these will be detailed on the specific role profiles.
