What's the Employee Council?

Acting as a representative group, the Employee Council is made up of up to 15 participants who are all Employees of the West Brom.

The purpose of the Council is to articulate the views of employees directly to the Society's Board and management on specific Board and Society matters.

The Council meets three times a year at the Society's head office in West Bromwich.

What do they do?

  • Attend all Council meetings
  • Review and respond to all communications relating to Council matters
  • Contribute to Council discussions in order to drive positive outcomes
  • Give senior leadership the opportunity to understand and consider employees opinions and respond
  • Participate on a voluntary basis
