The West Brom teams up with Feefo

The West Brom is excited to be teaming up with the customer ratings and review platform Feefo. Our customers will soon have the chance to share their thoughts on the service they receive via Feefo, to help us shape improvements in the future.

The West Brom teams up with Feefo
We are excited to announce we will be working with Feefo – the online rating and reviews platform.  We are passionate about speaking to our customers and believe our customers have the right to tell us what they think about the service they receive from the West Brom.  Working with Feefo will improve the level of feedback we receive and help us shape our products and services into the future. 

Why did we choose Feefo?
One of the many advantages of using Feefo is the authenticity of the online reviews – feedback emails will only be sent to customers who have interreacted with us either in a branch, with Customer Services, Retail Mortgage Team, or WeBSave. Customer’s will then be able to let us know what they think and feel about us based on some key questions that we will ask. 

Next Steps
Customers will start to see emails from Feefo from 22nd July asking for their feedback and views.  The emails will come from Feefo not the West Brom to ensure authenticity of the feedback.
