Please follow the steps below:
1. Download a Standard Financial Statement
Based on your answers to the questions above, we require you to complete a Standard Financial Statement. This will allow us to assess your needs and provide approriate support. You can download the Standard Financial Statement (SFS) using the link from below. Once downloaded you should save this to your personal device in order for you to complete.
2. Complete your Standard Financial Statement
Once downloaded onto your personal device you should complete all of the fields within the Standard Financial Statement. Guidance is providing within the form to help you complete it.
3. Upload/send your Standard Financial Statement
Once completed, there are a few different options available to you to share your completed Standard Financial Statement with us. If you pay by Direct Debit, you can access our Mortgage Portal from the link below. Once logged into your account, you can access the SFS upload area from the support button at the top of the portal.
