Because we're a mutual it means shareholders don’t own us – you do. Which is why day in and day out we are here to do our best for you. To help us we need to know how we are doing and what you think. Positive or negative, we’ll listen to what you tell us and use it to help shape how we do things. So, if you fancy telling us what you think we have a couple of ways you can do this.
If you’re a West Brom customer, our customer panel lets you share your thoughts and ideas on how we can do things better or tell us what you think we’re already doing well.
We’ll ask you to take part in online surveys to give us your feedback. From time to time, we might also ask you if you’d like to take part in research over the phone, or face to face. You just need an email address to take part, and we won’t contact you more than once a month.
As a thanks from us for giving your time and ideas you’ll have the chance to be entered into a prize draw for taking part in each survey.
Join the customer panelLaunched in 2019, our Member Council is made up of both customers and employees with different backgrounds and experiences, to make sure we hear from wide range of voices. It’s a great way to share what is important to you.
Our council meets three times a year at our head office in West Bromwich. We’ll cover a range of topics, and you’ll have the chance to talk them through with our Board and senior leaders.
To show our thanks, each member will be paid £400 each year.

We might also ask you to let us know how you felt about the service you had when you’ve been in contact with us. Look out for an email from Feefo and let us know your thoughts, we’d love to hear from you.
