What supporting documents will I need to apply for a mortgage?
You will be advised during the application process which documents we'll need to see as proof of your income and outgoings. These are likely to include the following:
- Up to 3 months' payslips (Employed)
- Latest P60 (Employed)
- Proof of deposit (Purchase only)
Self-employed applicants may require all or a combination of the following:
- Last 2 years' full accounts
- Last 2 years' Tax Assessments (SA302)
- Last 2 years' Tax Year Overview
- Last 3 months' business bank statements
Additional information we may also require:
- Latest full month's bank statements showing salary credits, utility bills, mortgage payments and day to day expenditure
- Most recent mortgage statement
- Identification
- Evidence of repayment vehicle for any element of interest only
