Representative example

A mortgage of £155,000 payable over 25 years initially on a fixed rate for two years at 1.54% and then on our current standard variable rate of 3.99% (variable) for the remaining 23 years would require an initial payment of £825.00, 24 monthly payments of £622.82 and 275 monthly payments of £801.13.

The total amount payable would be £237,307.43 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£81,079.75), a completion fee (£999), a telegraphic transfer fee (£30) and an account management fee (£195 - paid upon redemption).

The overall cost for comparison is 3.7% APRC representative.
