How to switch

There are two options when it comes to switching.

Option 1: Apply online

Switching online is as simple as 1, 2, 3. When you apply online, you make all of the decisions to switch without receiving advice. This is also known as Execution Only. Our portal gives you access to the new deals available to you and provides an overview of what your new monthly payments may be if you decide to proceed with the switch.

To switch online:

  1. Click here and log in using your mortgage account number, date of birth, sort code and account number of the bank/building society your mortgage is paid from.
  2. Follow the instructions to view the new deals available to you, select the deal you would like to see details of and submit a request to receive a mortgage offer.
  3. Once you’ve reviewed your mortgage offer, provide us with confirmation to proceed by simply clicking the Submit button and wait for your product to switch.

Option 2: Receive advice

If you’re unsure if switching to one of our deals is right for you or you would prefer to discuss your mortgage requirements, you can speak to one of our qualified mortgage advisers who will be happy to assess your mortgage needs. Plus, if you want to borrow more, change your term or move to another property, they can help with that too.
