Switching your mortgage online

1. Has your current deal ended, or is it due to end in the next 4 months?

For example, if your mortgage deal ends on 31 July 2026, you can apply to switch your mortgage from 1 April 2026.

2. Do you have more than 2 years left on your mortgage term when your current deal ends?

3. Have you made a temporary change to interest only under the Mortgage Charter?

4. Do you have a Buy to Let, Consent to Let, Mortgage Prisoner, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy or Assisted Mortgage?

5. Are there more than two applicants or do you have more than one sub account on your mortgage?

6. Do you want to make any changes to your current mortgage term or apply for additional borrowing?

7. Are you up to date with your mortgage payments?

8. Do you pay your mortgage by Direct Debit?

9. Have you already completed a product switch request for when your current deal expires?

10. Was a completion fee applicable, that you chose to pay upfront?
