I have a savings account and a mortgage account with the West Brom. Why can I only see my savings account when I log in?

At present there are two separate portals for savings and mortgage customers to view their accounts. To view your mortgage account you can log in to our mortgage portal. This is available to all customers who pay their mortgage by Direct Debit.
