Remuneration Policy for Executive Directors

Amendment to the Remuneration Policy

The Policy includes an amendment to remove car and fuel allowances relating to non-electric cars from benefits packages. This is in line with the Society’s commitment to the environment under its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.

The amendments to the Remuneration Policy are set out below.
