Corporate Services

As well as helping your staff, we also offer products and services for companies. For example:

• Commercial Mortgage Broking - whether you're looking to remortgage or to buy a commercial property, we'll know a lender who wants to do business with you.
• Maximising Returns from Spare Business Funds - put surplus business funds of £10,000+ to work in one of our Corporate Deposit Accounts; designed for small and large businesses, this account offers attractive rates with easy access to your money direct to your bank account via BACS, with no standard charges. • Commercial Loans - we can offer tailored mortgages for purchase or refinance of commercial properties. Fixed and variable rates are available, with a minimum loan amount of £500,000 and maximum term 15 years. The maximum Loan to Value is 80%.
• Expert Personal Financial Advice - straightforward, bespoke guidance on how to make the most of the monetary rewards your business provides, through investment, pensions, insurance and more.

Helping your employees save

We offer a dedicated PaySave Regular Savers Account (also available as a Mini Cash ISA). Employees make savings direct from their wages or salary (from as little as £20 per month).

They earn an excellent rate of interest but can also access their money if they need to, with three withdrawals allowed each account year. As well as regular monthly payments taken directly from pay, additional investments and withdrawals can be made through West Brom branches. If you don't have easy access to a branch, you may operate your account by post or telephone.

Helping your employees buy a home

As one of the UK's top lenders, we offer a comprehensive range of mortgages to suit individual needs.

In addition all employees can benefit from a £250 cashback when they take out a mortgage of £50,000 or more at any of our branches, online or by phone.
