Your buildings up to a value of £500,000
Repairing the damage caused by fire, flood, malicious damage, falling aerials, satellite dishes, branches or trees
Alternative accommodation, up to a value of £75,000 depending which level of cover you've selected, if your home becomes uninhabitable as a result of an approved claim
Accidental Damage to your buildings if you take out the Premier cover. Accidental Damage is optional with the Standard cover
The loss and cost of replacing locks and keys up to £750 on the Standard cover and up to £1,000 on the Premier cover
What you need to know about Buildings cover
- Damage to fences or gates caused by storms or flooding is not covered in Buildings cover
